Parent Portal Translation

Can the Parent Portal be translated?  I only found this: 

The PowerSchool Mobile app is currently available in English, French, and Spanish. The app's language interface synchronizes with your device's language preference.  What about on a computer?  Does anyone have a good way of translating information for parents through the parent portal?

PowerSchool does have a "Localization" feature but it won't do a translation for you.
