Parchment plug-in

We are trying to set up our link to Parchment for transcripts and are being told by Parchment that we need to install the Parchment Plug-in for PS.  Can anyone help guide us to this - we are not having any luck finding it!

Did you resolve this issue? We just starting working with Parchment and are struggling with getting the API working correctly. We were told the Parchment plug-in is not available in our state which seems odd but it is what it is... So, would love to know if and how you resolved this issue. Thanks
