Naviance

I have been trying to get more detailed information on naviance. I'd like to update our college profile and I cannot find resources for it.

In Naviance, there is an option on the college profile page that says "request update". The School counselor should be able to select this option, a form will appear where they can fill out their request for the college and send it. 

Alternatively, you can reach out to your district's Technical Contact, who should be able to reach out to the PowerSchool Naviance Support team on your behalf in order to assist you further on how to update your college profile.
