Name Change Not "Saving" Within PowerSchool

At our school, we have a child whose last name needs to be updated.  We have gone into PowerSchool and saved this update and it is not saving/pushing the change across the board.  Is there something specific that needs to be done to save a name change.

Hi @clecompte 

One of the possible cause of this issue, might be a customization. The Admin needs to turning off the customization.

For further assistance, we recommend reaching out to the District Admin.
