Mulitple Master Schedules

Mulitple Master Schedules

Is there a way to have multiple master schedules at the same time in PowerScheduler?  Our Administration is exploring making major changes to our teachers' assignments, but they're not sure when they will make the actual decision.  I am hoping there is a way I can be prepared for whatever decision they eventually make.  Thank you in advance for your help.

You can duplicate the scenario to make a copy/back up of what you currently have and then continue to work in the new scenario with the changes you want to try. If the changes do not work out you can make the copy you made the active scenario.

Thank you, Cindy.  I'll give it a try. 🙂

Hi Cindy.  So, I have duplicated the Scenario as you suggested (worked perfectly!)

Follow-Up Question -- And am I able to Build/Load in each Scenario?

That way I can switch from one Scenario/Build/Load to the other, once the Administration makes their decision.  But I don't want to put a lot of work into a Master Schedule that will just be deleted.

Thanks.
