Low Grades Report

Before the PowerSchool update, I used to be able to go to CUSTOM REPORTS and then "LOW GRADES REPORT" and it would run me a report of all students with Ds or Fs and list the classes and teachers also.

Does anyone know where I can find this now?

Please help.

Wish I had an answer, but just came to say that we are looking for the same report if anyone knows where it is now!

Hi! I'm new here so I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for. I needed to run a report for all students who had D/F grades. These are the steps:

1. Data and Reporting

2. PSCB Custom Reports

3. Grading

4. Class - Grades Search

4. Set parameters (term, grades - hold Ctrl and select D and F, ALL Students, ALL Courses, ALL Departments)

The answers you're getting are predicated on having PSCB Custom Reports, which is a separate, add-on product neither sold nor supported by PowerSchool. (A LOT of people on this forum will praise its virtues, however!) That said, a native PowerSchool solution is to use the Current Grades (2.0) Enterprise Report, and then filter for grades in D, F. (If you have D+ or D-, your filter would be in D,D-,D+,F).

Could you direct me to the current grades 2.0 Enterprise report? What I'm seeing is this for enterprise reports:

Student GradesProvides data from the Students, Schools, FTE and StoredGrades tables.

Clicking student grades I don't see anything there to work from...

Do I need to store grades for this to work? I want to do it for my counselors while they are in the middle of the term.

Oh, clarify. There's an Add button in the upper-right of Enterprise Reports. You might have to add that report to your environment; it comes standard with PowerSchool SIS, but might not be enabled yet.
