I am having an issue adding my school in to my existing schoology account. I originally have it for my child. But I am now attending an online class and they use schoology. I am able to join my online class with no problem, but I do not see my school on the drop down list, I am only able to see my son's school. This makes it hard because I am not able to message my teachers in my school because my school is not listed. I am only able to see my son's school contacts. I've tried calling the phone number for schoology/power school, but it keeps saying I need a support code, I cannot for the life of me find the support code number!! I was told to post it on the community forum by the automated system. Please someone help me!!
Did they send you an email? When I made my report, I got an email with my support code. Don't quote me though but you may have to make a second account possibly for just you because right now you are only viewing stuff you have for your child/children. I would try to talk with your teacher after class one day and see if they can give you any email/ a link to follow to help you out more in depth. I know this is not the answer you wanted, but I hope it can help you in some small way. Best of luck and sorry again I could not give you something that was set in stone.
