How to transfer a grade from another school

I have a new student and her old school sent transfer grades. How do I configure TAC so that teachers can add these grades to the gradebook?

I have no idea what TAC is but if you are asking about PowerTeacher Pro there is no need to configure anything--teachers can simply enter previous terms' grades (unless you have locked terms, but it seems kind of early for that).
