Google Classroom Integretion
Hello,
I am wondering if PowerSchool allows Google Classroom integration so that you can sync grades between platforms. Rather than having to enter grades twice: once in Google Classroom and once in PowerSchool.

Do a search for "lms lite" in the PowerSchool Community. I see the plug-in and other resources there.

I did the search but I do not see what your screenshot is showing. I will keep trying in case I'm doing something wrong.

Thank you for your question about not finding the link when you search.
The article that chillyard1 referenced is in the PowerPack product forum. That forum is only accessible if your organization subscribes to PowerPack.
This article may help you with search tips.

Thanks for that.
The problem is I did the proper search (from what you shared) and I can't find the plugin. However, it seems that I can't get to the plugin unless I subscribe to the PowerPack. Do we need to pay for that?

Hi @fogeljo,
You will need to add the LMS Lite to be able to use the Integration Center which will let you connect with Google Classroom. You can reach out to either your Sales Representative or your Customer Success Manager to inquire about adding LMS Lite. Once LMS Lite is added you will need to contact the Integration Center Support by emailing integrationcentersupport@powerschool.com as they should be able to assist you further with this.
Note: You can find your PowerSchool contacts by going to your community profile and clicking on the avatar at the top right corner of your community screen.
Additionally, post that here is a thread including a document with the steps to import grades into PowerTeacher Pro from Google Classroom that you might want to review in the future.

We've acquired their integration product, which is very new. However, following their implementation steps, we've been unable to successfully install it. I've opened a ticket.

Hello, I would like to know more about the Integration Center. I tried to do a google search and I found what seems to be their website, but no further information if any prior registration needs to be made.
I would appreciate any links or emails that could guide me.

This thread has been going on for years and no one from PowerSchool seems to be able answers a simple question. How do we get this feature in PowerSchool. Do we need to buy the PowerPack or not?

The feature is now called the universal rostering connector. You do not need to buy the Powerpack to get it. You just have to be able to convince your sales rep that it even exists to get a quote. You also have to have a paid version of Google Workspace to get it to work on the Google end of things. That was what stopped my investigation into this feature dead in it's tracks.

Here is where you can find the Google Universal Rostering plugin. You have to have one of these licenses to use the grade export feature:
A Google Workspace for Education Plus license
A G Suite Enterprise for Education license
A Teaching and Learning Upgrade license

We successfully enabled Google Classroom to PowerTeacher Pro Gradebook integration this school year. You can find the documentation here.
Once completed, make sure you reference this documentation to help your teachers understand how exporting grades will work.
