Field Name for Staff Type

Hi! What is the field name for the field Staff Type on a staff record? I am going insane trying to find it but it does not seem to be named anything remotely close. Is it group? If so, this appears to be a set of numeric values. Where can I find that code set or set of values? It seems very difficult just to export a staff list by type.

If you are doing a Quick Export of Staff/Teachers/etc. the field is StaffStatus. The values are:

0 = Not Assigned, 1 = Teacher, 2 = Staff, 3 = Lunch Staff, 4 = Substitute.

Thank you! I kept passing over that thinking it was related to their status of active or inactive but, that is a checkbox so a value doesn't make sense. The name is SO confusing!
