Elementary Music and PE classes

I have a district-wide PE teacher who works with all TK-5th-grade students across three schools.  Each of those three schools has an assigned music teacher who works with each classroom once a week.  I am new to PowerSchool.  They are asking for PowerSchool access, and I am not sure whether to assign them as a co-teacher to each classroom or if there is a better assignment.

This is more of a State/Province Reporting question than a PowerSchool question. From a PS perspective, it depends on the access they need to the sections. Adding them as a CT would give them (almost) all the same rights as the Lead Teacher.
