We are trying to use our E-collect forms for both our New Student Enrollment and our Returning Student Re-Verification. We are running into problems with the medical forms. We have an immunization submission form, a health update form, and 3 medical forms for prescription/ nonprescription meds depending on the grade level. We are using Powerschool Enrollment and are delivering students to an Enrollments Pending Building in our PS SIS.
The Central enrollment team approve the contact verification form and leave the medical forms for the nurses at the buildings to approve. What we don't know is do those forms get auto approved when you transfer a student to a new building? We don't want to give the nurses access to all the students in the enrollments pending building. To move the Newly enrolled students from one Pending Enrollment to their assigned school building, central enrollment is withdrawing the student from the Enrollments building, and transferring in district to the student's assigned school. We want to keep track how long the enrollment process takes for some of our families, or if they do not attend keep them out of our buildings.
