DOB Verification Method

On the student demographics page - there is a field for DOB Verification Method, but no options in the drop down menu. Where can I set up the values for this drop down?

That's a customization. Ask your PS Admin

That looks like a customization. But I would check your Code Sets and see if there is a selection for DOB Verification. If there is, you should be able to add selections. 

Here is how you can get to your Code Sets:

• On the left-hand side, click on System Management
• Click on Data
• Click on Code Sets
• From there, you should see a dropdown, look for something that may have DOB or Verification

found it under District > Compliance > Birth Verification Methods - not sure if it's CA state specific or a customization, but either way, it's working now!
