Courses have not been assigned reporting terms, cannot set up grade calculations. Contact admin

I am a teacher and I cannot set up grade calculations because my course have not been assigned reporting terms.  The message I get says to contact my Powerschool Systems Administrator.  How do I get my grade calculations up and working?

@mzot An Admin user will need to setup the Final Grade/Reporting Terms. There is no way for a teacher to do this.

It still doesn't work for us, even with Reporting Terms set up.... any other tips?

Are you certain the Final Grade/Reporting Terms are set up for the correct scheduling terms? These are different than Years & Terms.

I think so. They are similar, Years & Terms and Final Grade/Reporting Terms.

@pviedma You have no Reporting Terms setup. In the attached screenshot, year-long courses (2025-2026) have a Y1 reporting term. Courses scheduled into Semesters or Quarters have none.
