I recommend reaching out directly to the Schoology Support Contacts in your school district or the administrators that you can get in touch with as they will need to take a closer look at their authentication setup for the parent accounts and they might have to look into the user permissions as well. They should be in a better position to assist you further with this otherwise they can create a support ticket with the Schoology team on your behalf.
