Building the Master Schedule

Hi All!

We used the build feature on PowerSchool for the first time this year. When we built the master schedule it only scheduled 4 of our teachers and 4 of our rooms. I have made sure all of the schedule this teacher boxes are checked. I have no idea what could be causing this. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Do all of your teachers have assignments?

Yes. I believe so. This is what one of our teachers preference pages looks like.

That's the Preference page. Assignments are actual class assignments, such as Mr. Jeff is assigned 3 sections of ELA 12 and 2 sections of ELA 11.

Check the build results log to see if the build has stopped on a course. If it has you will need to start analyzing setup to see what the issue is.

Make sure the room is assisgned to the teacher under staff, room listing.
