Bizarre grade level in PowerScheduler

I am working to set up everything in PowerScheduler for our preschool and when I go to students, grade -3 is showing as a current grade level. This is not one of our grade levels (PK3 and PK4 are numerically -2 and -1, respectively). I have checked all schools under District Setup > School info and -3 is not listed anywhere under grades or historical grades. No students are currently assigned this grade, and I even tried searching ALL inactive students and it is not assigned to those, either. Where else can I look to see where this is? It concerns me that it is even showing up as a possibility.

I would check using DDE to see if there is a student who was missed

• Go to District Office
• Make your current selection all students, active and inactive, by entering / in the search bar, then press enter
• Go to DDE (Data and Reporting --->Exports --->Direct Database Export (DDE))
• Current Table - Students
• Under Search, Students choose Grade_Level = -3
• Press Search all xxxx records in this table

This may show you students with a grade level of -3

That sucks! That was my only other thought. You said you already checked all the schools. You may have to reach out to PowerSchool Support 😞
