Allowing principal to see applications

I am trying to allow an Elementary Principal access to applications for a job but I can't figure out why she doesn't have access to them. Can anyone help? I find it very difficult to reach support for Talent Ed issues.

I am not familiar with Talent Ed, but here is what I have found. I hope it helps 🙂

Here are the steps:

• Navigate to the user management section
• Click on the user
• Assign the user a role or permission level that includes access to applications
• Ensure that the assigned role or permissions grant access to applications and no other sensitive information
