Adding links to an Object Report

Hello all,

I am trying to create an object report with a link to an external website. Is this possible? If so, how? If not, has anyone created a similar object report with a workaround so that the recipient can quickly access the external website?

I've attempted to add <a href> links to object reports in the past and have not been able to get them to work so I do not think this is supported in object reports.
