I am trying to access the chat support however, I don't have access to it.
Also, I've been trying to grant the privilege of the actions' menu (in the start page of PowerSchool) to a group of users, everything seems to be fine, but the members of the group still cannot see the Actions' menu to a selection of students.
Could you please check?

Which product are you trying to access Chat?
If SchoolMessenger Communicate, I recommend reviewing this article: Getting Started for SchoolMessenger Communicate and GroupCast Customers.
If you use PowerSchool SIS, please get in touch with your district's technical contacts, and they can assign you access through the PowerSchool Customer Connect. If they need to, please share this article with them.
