How to transfer the old SchoolSpring Account to the new SchoolSpring Account?

Note: This is only for the SchoolSpring job board. If you are an applicant that is applying at a specific district SchoolSpring page and are wanting your previous account information to pull over you will want to create your new applicant account with the same email that was used on your previous account. 

Solution

To transfer your old SchoolSpring account to the new SchoolSpring account, follow the steps below: 

1. Go to www.schoolspring.com
2. A pop-up message will appear upon your first time seeing this landing page (pictured below).

3. Click on Sign-In/Register.
4. The below screen will appear. Click on Sign Up

5. Enter you Email address and the click on Continue.
6. On the next screen, enter you Password and click on Continue.
   
   Important Note: Email Address and password needs to be the same as the one you used on the old SchoolSpring site.
   
   

PLEASE NOTE:

• If you skip the transfer process, you will not be able to retrieve your profile information from the old account.
