share individual job# with 1 administrator

I have to share 1 job number with 1 administrator who would not normally see this.  I have tried all the connection options and can't seem to get it right.  Can anyone tell me step by step how to do this?

You will need to go to Configure, Users & Filters. 

Search for the user

Scroll down to the section labeled, "Custom Filters Assigned to...."

From the drop-down, select "Job Posting ID".  If you have other filters already set up, please make sure select OR and not AND.  I attached a screenshot for you.
