Unable to apply as a substitute

I am currently a Long-Term Substitute in a district. I am attempting to apply as an external candidate for positions posted, however TalentEd keeps logging me is an internal candidate. I am not allowed to apply as a LTS to the position internally, however they are required fields, so I cannot move forward with the application. 

 

I am still logging in with my personal email and old account that I used to apply for the position. It seems to be an issue for the other to long-term substitutes in the building as well. 

 

The district told me to contact you directly.
