I am having trouble logging in. It ask me for my username then my password then requests an answer to a security question - the problem I am having is that the system is not recognizing my password and I have not picked a security therefore I can not provide an answer since I have never picked a question. What. now?
If you do not have the "Send recovery email" option and if you are unable to reset your account password, I recommend reaching out to the PowerSchool Support team by clicking here and they should be able to assist you with the username and temporary password to help you log into the SchoolSpring account.
