I was just hired by dade county public schools but they are asking me to make contact with you guys to make confirm that my application status is ok. Can you please help?

If your application status shows as submitted it would mean that the school district has received your application successfully.  Any further action on your application will be conveyed to you by the school district directly.  You can contact the Human Resources department of the school district (not the individual schools) directly to find further information related to your application.
