References not solicited

As I was filling out my application, I did not see a place to send out the references. I assumed the request would be sent after submission, but that is not the case. Did I miss a step, or is it possible that reference requests will be sent at a later time?

Please refer to the article How Do I Add a Reference. If in case you are still unable to see a place to send out the references, provide us with a snapshot of the application page without sharing any Personally Identifiable Information(PII) Data.
