I have applied for two jobs in recent months. The first one was filled, job post was removed, but my status never chanegd from "Application Received". The second one also hasn't changed in status, although it's only been a week so there's still time.
I remember with the "old" SchoolSpring, the status would change as my application was reviewed, if I got an interview, hired/not hired, etc. Do the application statuses still change, or is that a thing of the past?
