I am unable to access my original account. I created a new account so I could find out what to do. I have entered both “forgot username” and “forgot password” but I do not receive an email. I think I used an email I no longer have when I created the account. I do know both my user name and password so I am not sure why I cannot login to my account. I really need to access my documents that I have previously uploaded. can you please help me?
