How can I get KTO hours extended?

If the KTO hours are getting expired, please connect with the KTO's ktos@powerschool.com.

 

We are not happy with the existing trainer/consulting representative, whom to reach out to get it replaced?

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. You can contact your Customer Success Manager to request for getting the Trainer/ consulting representative to be replaced. They will assist you accordingly.

 

How can I delay my project / quote start date?

If your project is already started and you have a Project Manager assigned to it who is working with your school, please reach out to the Project Manager to get your request expedited. If this is not the case, then you can connect with your Customer Success Manager to assist you with the same.
Please note - This request will be reviewed and validated with the assigned training resource to confirm the scheduling dates.

 

How can the customer check or know about remaining training/KTO hours that was purchased?

The customer can connect with the assigned Project Manager or raise a CS form to get a confirmation on the remaining hours.

 

Whom should we reach out to discuss customizations?

If the school wants any customizations to be made on their existing product, please reach out to Customization Services CustomizationServices@powerschool.com and they will be able to assist you accordingly.
