When you purchase the KTO hours you sign a Quote for a period of one year with us. So, within this one-year period you can utilize the KTO hours as per your requirements.
What is the turnaround time after signing the training or KTO quote?
After signing the training or KTO quote, it will be submitted to the PowerSchool billing team. The operations team will then create a project for your specific needs. Once the project is created, you can schedule a call with the project manager for further assistance.
Do you have a predefined training catalog?
PowerSchool has a pre-defined training link. This link leads to our master catalog, which outlines the available training options. Customers can review the catalog to identify the training that aligns with their specific needs. Once they've identified their preferred training, you can proceed to generate a quote based on the number of hours specified in the catalog.
