A short Reporting label allows you to add Report Headers to add a more meaningful reporting label.
For example, if a question asks respondents “Does your child have any existing medical conditions that we should be aware of for this event?” You could add a Report Header of “Existing Medical Condition.” Your report heading will now display “Existing Medical Condition” in place of the full-length question when exporting.
You can add a Report Header to any question you build in your form. You will find this option in the question sidebar.
