The Permission Click 24.12.18.01 release is scheduled for deployment tomorrow, December 18.

Admin - Deposit Report

 

The Deposit Report now includes failed deposits.

 

 

Bug Fixes

 

Bug Description

Admin - Delete Draft Template

 

When a user attempted to delete a template in draft status, the delete process failed and the template was not deleted. This issue has now been resolved.

 

Admin - New Form Reports

 

When creating a new report from the Form Manager, users were redirected to a “Page Not Found” error instead of the newly created report. This issue has now been resolved, and admins will be properly redirected to the newly created report.

 

Admin - Publish Template

 

When an admin attempted to publish a template cloned from a previous year's template, the template would not be published. This issue has now been resolved.

 

Admin - Receive Response Notification

 

When a user enabled the “Receive Response Notification” toggle, it appeared to be enabled, but after refreshing the page, the toggle was disabled again, and “Receive Response Notification” was not enabled. This issue has now been resolved.

 

Admin - Refunds in Deposit Report

 

Refunds were incorrectly accounted for in the "Deposit by Purchased Ticket" and "Deposit by Ticket" reports. This issue has now been resolved. To capture the missing information, a new report needs to be created. Re-running the existing report will continue to exhibit the issue.

 

Admin - Rejection Notification

 

Occasionally, when an admin rejected a form submission, the rejection notification was not sent. This issue has now been resolved.

 

Admin - Response Approval

 

Occasionally, when an admin approved a response, the notification was not generated, and subsequent approvals were not triggered. This issue has now been resolved.
