Bug Description

Admin - Form Manager

When an admin attempted to view unopened submissions, instead of loading unopened responses, the application intermittently stopped responding, displaying a perpetual blue loading spinner. This issue has now been resolved.

 

Admin - Form Public Links

When an admin clicked on the form’s public link, it was not regenerating properly, causing previously viewed forms to be sent to families instead. This issue has now been resolved, and the correct public form link will display immediately.

 

Admin - Response Checklist Date fields

 

When admins viewed the response checklist, date fields were displaying the day as the day of the week rather than the day of the month. This was purely a display issue and did not affect the originally entered date. The issue has now been corrected.

 

Admin - Form with Templates

When admins access Form Manager for approved forms, sometimes they were stuck in a pending approval stage and the recipient area failed to load. This issue has now been resolved.

 

 

Admin - Form Manager Reports

 

When admins attempted to access Edit Report within Form Manager Reports, it intermittently resulted in error. This issue has now been resolved.

 

One Roster Integration / New Data

When user modified the casing of a header in a OneRoster file, the integrated data failed to update on the form. This issue has now been resolved.
