When to use ticket sales start and end dates?
Answer
When your form includes ticket sales, by default, they will be available for purchase from the moment you publish the form until you close it, or tickets are sold out.
However, you can set a ticket start/end date when you have tickets that will be available in a specific time frame only. For example, early bird, regular and late registrations.
To set a ticket start and end date, click on the gear in the top right corner of the form builder’s ticket configuration section.
