I'm trying to find basic information, like who is our account rep? or how do you actually get School Messenger support? I've been in a loop of not getting anywhere.
If you have access to SchoolMessenger support you should see the option listed under Products in the top navigation menu, My list looks like this:
If you do see it listed you can click the SchoolMessenger product you are looking for and it will bring you to that page. From there, there is a chat bot that can connect you with chat support.
If you do not see it listed, but it should be I would reach out to your powerschool rep for help. You can find that person by clicking the Customer Connect option on the top nav bar.
