Stationary / Newsletter not loading on the advanced editor page

Hi all,

We are having an issue when using school messenger communicate and trying to use a saved Stationary/Newsletter where the advanced editor will load only on certain accounts and on certain OSs.

I have opened a ticket, but wanted to see if anyone else was having this same issue.

I recommend continuing to work through your Support as we need to review the HAR file and template you are using to further troubleshoot.
