How To: SchoolMessenger Communicate Contacts Manual Import

Some SchoolMessenger Communicate contact databases are managed using manual CSV imports. Follow these steps to do so:

 

  1. Log in to SchoolMessenger Communicate, then select Admin, then Imports
  2. If necessary, select Download to download an import template. Open the file, input your updates, and save the file. Ensure the file is saved in CSV format
  3. In SchoolMessenger Communicate, select Upload and attach the update file
  4. Select Upload
  5. Select Submit and Run Now to complete the import

To view your updated contacts, select the System tab, then Contacts.
