SchoolMessenger CMA: Updating application icon on Google Play Store

Prerequisites

  • If you're unsure how to proceed, contact PS Support for assistance before starting.


Steps to Update App Graphics

  1. Log in to Play Console.

  2. Click View App.

  3. On the left navigation menu:

    • Go to Grow Users.

    • Under Grow Users, click Store Presence.

  4. In Store Presence:

    • Navigate to Store Listings.

    • Locate the Default Store listing.

    • Click Edit under the Default Store listing.

  5. In the edit screen:

    • Update the App Graphic (application icon shown on the Play Store).

    • Update the Feature Graphic as needed.

  6. Click Save to save your changes.

  7. Click Send for Review to submit the changes to Google.


Review Timeline

  • After submission, Google states the review process may take up to 7 days (typically less).

  • Once approved, the updated graphics will be applied live on the Play Store.
