If you need assistance with the Custom App's Statistics, contact PS Support.

This step is executed when:

  • A customer's custom app has been removed from stores due to the closure of their previous developer account, and a new developer account is being used.

Overview

  • The Custom Mobile App uses Firebase Analytics to monitor:

    • App statistics

    • Performance metrics

    • Issues that may impact user experience like App Crashes (Crashlytics)

App Republish: Firebase Configuration

When performing an app republish:

  1. Verify that the updated firebase.json file has been uploaded in the builder platform.

  2. If the file is missing or outdated:

    • Go to the Firebase Console.

    • Download the latest firebase.json file.

    • Upload this file to the builder platform.

This ensures that analytics and performance tracking remain correctly configured after the republish.
