SchoolMessenger CMA: Creating App Deep Links

PrerequisitesAccess to CMA Builder with permission as an App Moderator or Admin to add content.

Steps:

  1. Go to Content in the CMA Builder.

  2. Click + Add Content.

  3. Select App Deep-Link.


Available Options:

  • SchoolMessenger App

  • Facebook

  • Instagram

  • Snapchat

  • Twitter

  • YouTube

  • Manual entry (choose this to add an App Deep Link that is not listed in the predefined options).


Note:

  • When using Manual entry, provide the full Deep-Link URL (for example, yourapp://path or https://example.com/deeplink) and verify the link on a device with the target app installed.

  • Test deep links in staging before publishing to avoid broken links in production.
