SchoolMessenger custom app uses Firebase Analytics to:

Monitor app statistics

Analyze user engagement
How to View Statistics
-
Open the builder platform.
-
On the left navigation menu, click Statistics.

Ensure the Firebase Analytics toggle is ON.
The Analytics section will display the following metrics within your selected time range:

Number of Downloads
-
Sessions
-
Active Users
-
Page Views
Time Range Options:
-
Day
-
Week
-
Month
-
Custom range
If the Statistics option in the builder is not functioning for a custom app, contact SchoolMessenger Support for assistance.
