My assignments are not syncing. How do you communicate with a live representative?

To access support for SchoolMessenger and connect with our Support Agent, please follow the steps below. You can also find detailed instructions and a video guide in our Getting Started in Community for SchoolMessenger Customers article.

  1. Select Support in the main menu of PowerSchool Community
  2. Choose the category SchoolMessenger or use this direct link.
