Is there a way to have a notification sent to parents either immediately upon marking or weekly for students who have missing assignments? We are able to send an alert to contacts when a student is absent so I was hoping this could work much the same way.
That’s what powerschool app is for. You just need to check daily to see how they are doing with assignments. If you have any questions or disputes, you can contact teacher directly right there in any subject class. It’s that easy. A lot of times my daughter is confused and vent friustrations. I kept telling her to ask the teacher through PowerSchool app where it shows her grades, upcoming projects, expectations from teachers, etc. just ask. She refuses. So I ask them myself and it always work out very well which clarifies her overthinking assumptions what teacher could means and usually it’s not what they meant. So…sometimes I can’t help so I ask them how for math or to explain more for something else. Really helps me to be able to help her. Thank god
Just check PowerSchool daily.
Thank you. I understand that the app can be very helpful in this situation. Unfortunately, not all of our parents regularly check it so we were hoping to have better luck if an email is sent to them.
