If there are two (or more) required courses in a PD Playlist but the participant only has to attend one of them, how does the system know this?  For instance, we have a number of choices for a required in-person orientation session listed, but they only have to attend one.  How does the playlist know they would be considered completed if they did not attend all?

Hi,

The playlist has specific rules for course completion. In our setup, the elective courses in the PD playlist are optional, not mandatory. When you create the playlist, you need to define the rules for completing elective courses. These rules determine how many elective completions are required.

Once the playlist is created, any changes made afterward won't affect users who have already started it.

In our setup, the playlist only considers elective courses for marking completion; required courses are indicated with a * while electives are not marked. If the rules specify completing 1 or 2 electives, the user can fulfill these requirements by completing the required number of elective courses and achieving a completion status in the PD playlist.

In this situation, the completion of electives was set after the user finished the playlist, which means the rules won't apply to this user.
