How To: Change Submitted Data or Edit a Submitted Form

Issue

• I have submitted an online form but I entered incorrect information and I don’t know how to change it.
• I need to change information on the online form I submitted.

Audience

• Have you submitted an online form for your school district using Infosnap?
• Do you need to change information that you submitted on an Enrollment form?

Resolution

1. Once the form is submitted, the information is sent directly to the school district. Please contact your school district directly in order to correct this information.
2. When contacting your school you will need to tell them that you have submitted a form using Infosnap would like to change some of the information you submitted. Ask to speak to someone who can change the information for you.

Still Not Working?

• For security reasons, only the school district can change your student’s data once it has been submitted. Please contact the school district directly.
