Password reset

I am trying to login to ATrieve, but keep getting an 'invalid login' error message.

Can you please reset by password....username is cadams....and I am with the Lloydminster Catholic School Board.

Please disregard the above post/request.  I found out our IT department hasn't completed a required update, which is the cause of my issue.
