Printing a Submitted Form



Once you have submitted your registration form, you will be able to print off a copy of your form at any time. To do so, please follow the directions below:




  1. Navigate to PowerSchool Enrollment and log into your account. (Forgot your password? Please review the Forgot Password article)Forgot Email Address Image 1.PNG
  2. From the Dashboard, select “View/Print” in the View a Submitted Form section. If this does not appear in your Dashboard, this means that there are no submitted forms available to print.
  3. From the submission confirmation page, select “Print”. This will allow you to open a copy of the form for you to print.
