Enrollment freezing on contact page for 5 days
I'm so sorry you are having trouble with your online registration. Have you tried logging out and back in again to see if that fixes the issue? If not, that would be my suggestion.

I recommend clearing your browser cache and cookies and then again try to submit your registration form. Also, please try to reproduce the issue in a different browser and let us know if the issue still persists.

Yes freezes on bottom of contact page regardless of which browser or logging out and back in
Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies? That might correct the issue.
