enrollment issue for kindergarten

I am trying to enroll my 4 year in kindergarten but it will not let me stating this message "Students who turn five years old after 12/02/2019 are not eligible to enroll in Kindergarten or Transitional Kindergarten for the 2020-2021 school year." he just turned 4 in July. That is the only error message i am receiving.

It appears the school has set a requirement for any student that was not five years old on December 2, 2019, cannot enroll in the 2020-2021 school year.  If you feel this age requirement is not correct, I recommend reaching out to the school to confirm the school's age requirement.
