Technical issue with submitting registration

I’m trying to submit returning student registration, but the website will not allow me to submit until all required fields are completed. I have one field missing, contact 1’s relationship to student, but i cannot type anything into the field. The form will not allow me to type anything, so I cannot “submit.”
